The annual tax sale is held the third Monday in June at 9:00 AM. Any delinquency must be offered for sale at the Regular or Public Bidder Tax Sale.

Sale Time & Location

The annual tax sale will be held by the Hardin County Treasurer on the third Monday of June at the Hardin County Treasurer's office on the first floor of the Hardin County Courthouse, 1215 Edgington Ave., Eldora, IA beginning at 9:00 a.m.  Bidders will place their bids on-line.  The auction site can be accessed by going to www.govease.com.  An adjourned tax sale will be held any business day following the annual tax sale in which there are bidders present and there are parcels still available for sale.
