The District Trustees appointed a Reclassification Commission to classify the lands within the drainage boundaries of Drainage District 86 for the Main, Lateral 1, Lateral 2, Lateral 3, Lateral 4, Lateral E1, and Lateral E2 tiles and also requested Clapsaddle-Garber Associates to investigate and report concerning repairs to the Main tile of Drainage District No. 86. The DD 86 Reclassification Report will summarize the background information gathered and the evaluation process used by the Commissioners to reclassify said lands and present the resulting reclassification. At the hearing held on January 22, 2020, the original Engineer’s Report was discussed and reviewed by the District Trustees along with comments received by landowners. As a result, the District Trustees requested Clapsaddle-Garber Associates to move ahead with this supplement for an additional option for the detailed investigation area. The Hearing on the Reclassification, Updated Engineer's Report, and Updated Supplemental Engineer's Report will be held on April 02, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Large Conference Room of the Hardin County Courthouse.
