County Commissioner of Veterans Affairs
The Hardin County Veterans Affairs office is currently seeking an Honorably Discharged Veteran to fill a Commissioner position within the Veterans Affairs office.
Qualifications: This position requires being a local advocate for Veterans of Hardin County. This may consist of various ways to include being a member of local Veterans service clubs, attending yearly patriotic functions, outreach events and others as they develop. A one-day yearly school attendance and meeting monthly with the Hardin County Veterans Affairs Administrator is a requirement for this position. Salary for this position is $50 per meeting plus mileage.
