DD H-F 2 - WO 286 - Landon Aldinger reports tile is not flowing as it should, and has had standing water at odd times of the year, and excessive water this past season, unlike years past. Landon included a crop yield map. Landon is requesting investigation. This DD is a Franklin controlled district, Franklin County requests landowner/wo requestor sign the Drainage Investigation Waiver prior to any investigation/work being done.
